About Us

Sew Much More has been providing the sewing community of Nederland, Texas, with quality sewing machine sales and service since 1997.  Back then, owner, Tammy Holt, saw the increasing need for a sewing shop that could offer a selection of the amazing embroidery machines emerging on the market.

After driving a long distance to purchase an embroidery machine for herself, Tammy knew the time was right to open her own store and provide her community with the innovative embroidery machine technology.  At the time, she was working out of her home, as a commercial embroiderer, but she decided to apply her talents to a new brick and mortar establishment, offering premium cotton quilting fabrics, as well as exceptional sales and service of Baby Lock sewing machines.

Today, Tammy offers her customers a friendly, no-pressure environment where they can test-drive over twenty floor models BEFORE they make their machine purchase.  She offers classes, FREE of charge, to customers who purchase their Baby Lock at Sew Much More, to ensure that they have the knowledge necessary to benefit from their new purchase.

Around here, Tammy believes that customers who spend their hard earned money on a major investment like a computerized sewing machine, should receive the same level of friendly, knowledgeable customer service after their purchase, that they recieved before buying anything. You might say, when you buy the machine...you buy the store and it's experienced staff members!  The whole gang makes it a point to stay current on the latest industry standards and education, so they can use that knowledge to better service their customers' needs.

Quite simply....when you purchace a Baby Lock machine from Sew Much More, you're making an investment in the quality of customer service you deserve!
